Polychem conducts machine maintenance classes every quarter. In these classes the technician will be given a basic electricity course and operational theory, troubleshooting and repair of the machine offerings from Polychem. The course covers all strapping machines as well as Polychem's pneumatic plastic strapping tools. Polychem's equipment group employs a large staff of full time field service technicians for on-site installation, service and support. Three full time service technicians are available for the customer to talk with on the phone for direct help with troubleshooting any machine problem, and for ordering original replacement parts.
