Polychem provides quick turnaround on the repair of its tools. We repair our B series battery tools, and PHT pneumatic series.

Tool Parts

Polychem carries a large inventory of tool parts, batteries, and chargers for its line of battery, pneumatic and select manual tools. Tool parts orders received by 2:30 EST will ship the same day. Polychem also provides tool counter balancers, suspension brackets, and filter regulator lubricators. For Polychem tool parts call 1-800-548-9557.

Tool Service

For Polychem Tool Repairs
  • Call Polychem customer service at 1800 548 9557 for a TRA (return authorization number)
  • Carefully pack and ship your Polychem tool to the following address;

  • Upon receipt of the tool, you will receive a repair estimate in 3-5 days
  • If the repair estimate is agreeable, the customer will proceed with a purchase order number.
  • If the customer's decision is not to repair the tool a $65 charge will be assigned to cover the cost of disassembly, inspection and reassembly.
  • Tools that are authorized for repair will not be charged this fee.
  • Expect a quick return.
