PHT 1401 Pneumatic Power Strapping Tool

A new addition to Polychem's time tested PHT series of pneumatic friction weld tools. The PHT 1401 can pull tension up to 1280 pounds and seal polyester strapping up to 1¼" x .050.

Pallet Threader

The Pallet Threader makes threading strapping under a pallet a breeze. This new product will work with any standard ¾" broom handle or one can purchase a Pallet Threader complete with a 5½' rod. The Pallet Threader works great with plastic strapping and cord strapping up to two inches wide.

PC 1000

The Polychem PC 1000 can cycle up to 65 straps per minute and is capable of using Polychem's cost effective extra long length polypropylene coils. This machine is also available in a small package version, with a dual pneumatic press, and in stainless steel for harsh environments.
